If you are a Movement Goer like us, then you know an HGC Apparel item is good for any occasion. Didn't find the right fit?! We got you covered. We truly apologize for the mix-up, but here is the good news.
We accept exchanges for items in new condition within ten days of your purchase. HGC Apparel will exchange items:
- not worn, damaged, washed nor altered;
- having original tags attached; and
- that are defective.
Please note: exchanges are accepted but only for the same item in question.
To make an exchange, please send us a note at email@example.com outlining the issue(s) you have encountered. Once received, HGC Apparel will evaluate your claim. If we agree with your assertions, we will respond and request that you please return the item to our warehouse. We will provide you with all necessary information to do so in our response. However, you are solely responsible for the cost of exchanging the item at issue.
Clearance and Sales items are Final Sale. HGC Apparel does not offer exchanges for these items.
